Ain't It Grand?!?

Life, that is?!? 

Last weekend we hit the road & spent a little time in the car in order to get to our GRAND place, which just happened to be Pittsburg, Kansas. 

We all know that once a year we get together to honor Dylan and everything he stood for.

Life.

Love.

Pursuit of your Dreams.

Happiness.

Being Grateful. 

Challenging Yourself.

Family.

Friends.

Celebration.

As always, the weekend did not disappoint & it was great to see almost the entire Meier side of the family...

The 5K weather ended up cooperating wonderfully and we all ran in honor and full of pride as we showed off our dedication to Dylan's message: Life's meant to be lived, so you bet Get Busy Livin'!

But the weather took a turn for the much better & the race was a GO!

We spent a while just hanging out at the stadium and relishing in all the hearts that showed up for Dyl!! It was evident that #9 will definitely never be forgotten!!!

After the stadium, we headed for quick swim in the hotel pool (which the kiddos had been BEGGING for) and then headed down to "The Pitts"....we always love when Uncle Denny & Aunt Val have us out to their old place!! It's a good time, always!!!
